The SRS Fund is for those who currently don't need any products, but want to either show their appreciation for the guys in the shop, or help them out on the short weeks.

Every area in the shop, is set up to pay Piece Rate. When there is nothing to do, because of slow sales, the guys just have to take days off.

This fund is split among them directly, and helps out on the really slow weeks.
